POSITION SUMMARY
Project Manager/Estimator will have responsibilities or roles in billing, change orders, accurate proposals, specification requirements and project scheduling.
Responsibilities include:
Project Management:
- Build and maintain owner/client relationship
- Organize tasks to be completed
- Review and implement HCSS project budgets
- Code invoices received on the job to proper budget item
- Track and manage change order work
- Create and implement project schedule
Estimating:
- Estimate project cost using HCSS
- Develop project takeoff and value engineering
- Attend pre-bids, pre-jobs and project meetings
- Review and evaluate job costs and budget with accounting staff
- Perform assigned tasks in a safe, timely, accurate and efficient manner observing all safety laws, policies and rules

Position Requirements
- 4-year CEM and/or Engineering degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience
- Advanced Math Skills
- Experience through internships or summer job(s), particularly in equipment operation and/or maintenance
- CADD/Survey Experience
- Must have computer experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Bluebeam Revu
- Experience using estimating software, HCSS preferred
- Experience with GPS/Survey and CAD/3d Modeling preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Possess a valid current Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
