We are currently seeking general labor, forklift operators, a shipping/receiving material handler, machine operators for panel saws and basic cnc machines, and a laminator line operator.
OPEN INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD MONDAY - THURSDAY 1PM-3PM ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Summary: General Labor is responsible for helping Machine Operators by performing duties that include pushing, trimming, holding materials or tools, cleaning, counting and stacking.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be flexible to work in multiple departments and positions.
- Inspect workpieces for smoothness, defects, and measure workpieces to determine accuracy of machine operation using rules, templates, or other measuring devices.
- Examine raw Woodstock for defects and verify conformance to quality standards.
- Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using lifting tools as required.
- Count finished product to determine if product orders are complete.
- Mark or tag identification on parts/totes.
- Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
- Assist other machine operators as needed such as supplying or holding materials or tools, or cleaning work areas and equipment.
- Maintain equipment and clean working areas.
- Record information, such as the number of products tested, meter readings, or dates and times of production processes.
- Follow established company and work area safety policies including the wearing of all required PPE’s.
- Follow established company policies, policies and rules outlined in Member Handbook as well as procedures required in the standard operating procedures/work instructions.
- Maintains open communication with supervisors, team leaders and material handlers regarding production status (i.e. down time, material shortage, etc.).
- Maintains daily production sheets utilizing the correct task codes for production time, down time, scrap, etc.; ensures that daily production totals are accurate.
- Assist in maintaining work area (i.e. sweeping, emptying trash, return tools to proper location, etc.).
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor.
Summary: Forklift Operator is responsible for supplying production lines with raw materials, moving stock or other material around a warehouse, to and from storage, to and from transportation vessels, and/or production areas, as well as meeting quality standards for both Laminate Technologies and our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using lifting tools as required
- Mark or tag identification on parts/totes
- Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment
- Sort cargo before loading and unloading
- Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information
- Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs
- Record numbers of units handled or moved, using daily check sheets
- Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported
- Direct spouts and position receptacles, such as bins, carts, or containers so they can be loaded
- Maintain equipment storage areas to ensure that inventory is protected
- Move levers or controls that operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, or stack material
- Inspect product load for accuracy and safety move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery
- Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles
- Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, or boxes and secure material or products for transport to designated areas
- Weigh materials or products and record weight or other production data on tags or labels
- Perform routine maintenance on forklift such as recharging batteries and watering batteries
- Move controls to drive electric powered trucks and transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas
- Follow established company and work area safety policies including the wearing of all required PPE’s
- Maintain equipment and clean working areas
- Follow established company policies, policies and rules outlined in Member Handbook as well as procedures required in the standard operating procedures/work instructions
- Maintains open communication with supervisors, team leaders and other material handlers regarding stocking and movement of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Assist in maintaining work area (i.e. sweeping, emptying trash, etc.)

Summary: Machine Operator is responsible for setting-up, adjusting, and operating machinery as well as inspection of workpieces to ensure they meet the quality standards for both Laminate Technologies and our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and/or job orders to determine production specification
- Set up, program, and/or operate machines, such as cutters, saws, drills, shapers, routers to make workpieces
- Start machines, adjust controls, and/or make trial cuts to ensure machinery is operating properly.
- Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify appropriate persons of any malfunctions
- Operate and observe machinery used in the production process to detect defects or machine malfunctions and adjust machines as needed
