Job Description

Sr. Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Product Manager based in United States.

This role is centered on building meaningful, outcome-driven product experiences for nonprofit organizations, helping them raise more funds, engage supporters, and operate more effectively. You will act as a hands-on product builder, deeply embedded with customers to understand their real-world challenges and translate them into impactful solutions. Rather than managing backlogs, you will focus on identifying high-value problems, rapidly prototyping ideas, and validating them through real user feedback. You will operate in a highly iterative, AI-enabled product environment where speed of learning is critical. Working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will shape product direction through experimentation and evidence rather than long specification cycles. This is a role for a builder mindset—someone who thrives in ambiguity and turns insights directly into working product experiences that deliver measurable customer value.

Accountabilities:
  • Own product outcomes for a defined nonprofit customer persona, developing deep understanding of their workflows, challenges, and success metrics.
  • Engage directly with customers on an ongoing basis to gather insights, observe behavior, and identify high-impact opportunities for product innovation.
  • Identify and prioritize problems worth solving by separating signal from noise and framing clear hypotheses and trade-offs.
  • Rapidly build and test ideas through prototypes, experiments, workflows, demos, and lightweight product concepts to validate solutions quickly.
  • Deliver measurable customer outcomes by partnering with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Operate as an AI-native product manager, leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, prototyping, and delivery workflows.
  • Maintain a high bar for product quality, ensuring solutions are intuitive, effective, and aligned with customer needs.
  • Drive alignment and clarity across teams by communicating decisions clearly and focusing on the most important outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of owning product outcomes and business impact, not just feature delivery.
  • Strong builder mentality with experience creating prototypes, experiments, workflows, or tools to validate ideas quickly.
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to develop strong intuition through frequent direct user engagement.
  • Strong product judgment and comfort making decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience using modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to accelerate discovery, ideation, and delivery.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled products, automation workflows, or emerging agentic product patterns.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams, including ability to discuss technical trade-offs at a high level.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, metrics, and experimentation to guide product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus: experience in nonprofit, CRM, fundraising, or mission-driven product environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range typically between $122,600 and $204,300 USD, with potential bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Generous PTO package including paid holidays, volunteer days, and parental leave
  • Fully remote role within the United States (and select Canadian provinces where applicable)
  • Annual learning and development opportunities to support career growth
  • Provided work equipment and home office support
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on continuous learning and impact
