This role sits within a global reward operations and analytics environment, supporting the design, execution, and governance of international benefits and insurance programs. You will act as a subject matter contributor across benefits operations, helping ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across multiple regions. The position plays a key role in enabling Total Rewards Reviews, supporting insurance and captive management processes, and delivering high-quality analytics to inform reward decisions. Working closely with global benefits leaders, finance, actuaries, and regional HR teams, you will help translate complex reward data into actionable insights. The environment is highly collaborative, global, and data-driven, requiring strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to global reward frameworks, policy governance, and financial alignment of benefits programs. It is well suited for someone who enjoys combining analytical depth with operational execution in a complex multinational setup.
- Support the Global Benefits Team in delivering end-to-end benefits and reward operations across multiple regions.
- Execute Total Rewards Review (TRR) activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data submissions.
- Coordinate and validate data inputs from global and regional stakeholders, identifying anomalies, risks, and inconsistencies.
- Provide operational and analytical support for insurance and captive management activities, including renewals and premium allocations.
- Ensure adherence to global reward policies, governance standards, and documentation requirements.
- Act as India benefits and reward operations subject matter support, ensuring alignment with global frameworks.
- Perform cost assumption activities, burden rate calculations, and financial validations across reward programs.
- Partner with finance and reward teams to support forecasting, planning, and cost modeling activities.
- Produce analytical insights to support decision-making, reporting, and reward strategy development.
- Support ad-hoc reward transformation and benefits-related projects, balancing BAU and project work effectively.
- Strong experience in global benefits, reward operations, or HR analytics within a multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of benefits and insurance programs, with exposure to captive insurance structures being a strong advantage.
- Strong expertise in India benefits systems, regulations, and market practices.
- Experience in cost assumptions, burden rate calculations, and reward-related financial analysis.
- High analytical capability with strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex datasets.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed, and service-oriented environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to Total Rewards Reviews, compliance, audit, or governance processes is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences.
