  • Provide technical mentorship and raise engineering excellence across teams
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-grade full-stack web applications
  • Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale, high-availability SaaS platforms

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, microservices, and cloud-native architecture
  • Proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, and modern web frameworks such as Angular, ASP.NET, or Node.js
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and performance optimization
  • Strong knowledge of security principles, identity and access management, and compliant systems (HIPAA, OWASP)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and building inclusive applications at scale
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions in complex environments
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, CursorAI) and interest in AI-enabled solutions
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $165,000–$180,000 per year plus variable compensation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Paid time off and company-paid holidays
  • Remote-first work environment (US-based, EST/CST preferred)
  • Opportunity to work on impactful healthcare technology improving patient care outcomes
  • Exposure to modern cloud, AI, and distributed system architectures
  • Professional growth, mentorship, and technical leadership opportunities
