Accountabilities:

Guide engineering excellence by establishing coding standards, review practices, and scalable development methodologies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of professional software development experience across full-stack or distributed systems environments
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go
Deep experience with front-end and/or back-end frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, etc.)
Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data architecture principles
Proven ability to design and deliver scalable systems in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, LLM-based workflows, or agentic coding paradigms is highly valued
Strong leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder communication skills across technical and executive audiences
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems is a plus
Demonstrated ability to self-direct, unblock challenges, and drive execution independently
