- Govern the enterprise AI tool ecosystem, including vendor evaluation, security and privacy assessments, and maintenance of an approved AI tool registry
- Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, and business leaders to ensure safe, scalable, and value-driven deployment of AI initiatives
- Maintain executive-level visibility into all active AI programs, including status tracking, reporting, and impact measurement
- Identify organizational change implications early and support leadership in adapting processes, roles, and workflows accordingly

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and map complex business workflows and identify automation and AI opportunities
- Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as efficiency gains, cost savings, or revenue impact
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear executive updates, business cases, and structured documentation
- Experience in AI governance, tooling oversight, or data-sensitive environments is a strong plus
- Background in enterprise technology, SaaS, or cloud-based businesses is preferred
- Competitive compensation package including base salary aligned with U.S. market benchmarks for senior AI leadership roles
- Equity/RSU participation and long-term incentive opportunities
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision for employees and dependents
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Flexible vacation policy and paid parental leave
- Remote-friendly work environment with flexibility and autonomy
