This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Lead Business Integration Analyst (SAP SD) based in India.
In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and enterprise SAP systems, driving the design and delivery of scalable Sales & Distribution solutions that support global Order-to-Cash operations. You will contribute to end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement, and support activities in a complex, multinational environment. The position involves translating business needs into robust system configurations while ensuring alignment with logistics and finance processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize order management, pricing, billing, and distribution workflows. This is a high-impact role where you will help improve operational efficiency and enable digital transformation across large-scale enterprise systems. You will also play a critical part in troubleshooting, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP landscapes. - Act as a lead functional expert for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), designing, configuring, and supporting Order-to-Cash processes across global operations.
- Translate business requirements into SAP solutions covering order management, pricing, billing, ATP/GATP, and customer master data.
- Support logistics execution processes including inbound/outbound deliveries, shipping, third-party logistics, and documentation workflows.
- Collaborate with SAP MM, FI/CO, GTS, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration across modules.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution aligned with SLA requirements.
- Participate in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and documentation while supporting global stakeholders across time zones.
This role requires strong hands-on experience in SAP SD with deep functional expertise across Order-to-Cash and logistics processes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate independently in complex environments. You should be comfortable working in global teams and handling high-volume enterprise systems with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Strong expertise in Order Management, Pricing, Billing, ATP/GATP, and Deliveries.
- Experience with SAP configuration, requirements gathering, testing, and production support.
- Working knowledge of IDOC processing, Smartforms, and customer/material master data.
- Exposure to SAP MM, FI/CO, GTS, and logistics integrations is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA or large-scale enterprise environments is a plus.
