This role sits at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation, blending deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. You will design and implement next-generation Generative AI and autonomous agent systems that reshape how large organizations operate at scale. Acting as both architect and advisor, you will work directly with executive stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into production-ready AI solutions. The position combines hands-on engineering with enterprise strategy, requiring fluency across LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and cloud platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring AI systems are not only powerful but also safe, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and strategic implementation of enterprise-grade AI systems while shaping how organizations adopt Generative AI at scale.
- Architect and build autonomous agent systems and GenAI workflows using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and vector databases, ensuring production-grade quality and scalability.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define AI strategies, run discovery workshops, and identify high-value enterprise use cases aligned with business goals.
- Translate complex enterprise challenges into structured AI solutions, including multi-step workflows and intelligent automation systems.
- Implement robust MLOps practices, ensuring system reliability, observability, testing, and responsible AI governance across deployments.
- Integrate AI solutions into enterprise ecosystems such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and business tools like CRM and ERP systems.
- Continuously explore and evaluate emerging AI frameworks, tools, and platforms to keep solutions innovative and future-ready.
The ideal candidate combines strong engineering expertise with strategic thinking and the ability to operate in client-facing enterprise environments.
- 6–10 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or technical consulting with proven delivery of Generative AI solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of autonomous agent architectures, including reasoning, planning, and tool-use capabilities.
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business value and strategic outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with experience building scalable, production-grade AI systems in enterprise environments.
