Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for shaping how innovative technology reaches global markets? This leadership role offers the opportunity to define product positioning, drive go-to-market excellence, and influence category leadership in a rapidly evolving SaaS environment. Working at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, you will play a critical role in translating complex platform capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise and mid-market audiences. You'll lead high-impact product launches, strengthen market intelligence initiatives, and help shape long-term growth strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact within a collaborative, remote-first organization that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Accountabilities
  • Own and evolve product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring clear differentiation and strong market resonance across target customer segments.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of major product launches, coordinating closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to maximize adoption and commercial impact.
  • Develop and maintain ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and competitive intelligence programs to strengthen market understanding and inform strategic decisions.
  • Create, manage, and continuously improve sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, competitive comparisons, and objection-handling resources.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define industry narratives, support thought leadership initiatives, and reinforce category positioning.
  • Manage relationships with industry analysts and contribute to analyst engagement strategies that enhance market visibility and recognition.
  • Collaborate closely with content and brand teams to ensure consistent product storytelling across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to product and commercial leadership, providing market insights, customer perspectives, and recommendations that influence business growth.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in senior product marketing roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for complex software products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end product launches, from strategic planning through execution and performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and mid-market buying journeys, including multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience marketing platform-based products serving multiple use cases and diverse buyer personas, including technical stakeholders such as developers and technology leaders.
  • Strong competitive intelligence expertise and the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales and marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership teams.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience managing analyst relations, product marketing teams, or working within localization, AI, content technology, or related markets is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with analyst firms and market evaluation programs is a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary package.
  • Employee stock option program.
  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Flexible working hours supporting work-life balance.
  • Flexible vacation policy.
  • Co-working space budget.
  • Home office setup allowance for equipment and ergonomic needs.
  • Learning and development budget for professional growth.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
  • Wellness allowance supporting physical and mental well-being.
  • Collaborative startup culture with regular team retreats and social events.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunities.
