Finance Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid/Remote

Candidates should reside in one of the following areas:

• Florida—either Jacksonville, Daytona or Orlando
• Arizona—Phoenix
• GA/NJ—Either Macon, GA or the greater NY/NJ area

We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to serve as a key business partner between regional operations leadership and corporate finance. This role will own financial operations support for assigned regions and help drive financial visibility, accountability, and operational decision-making.

This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing Senior Accountant, Financial Analyst, or early-career Finance Manager looking to step into a highly visible operational finance leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional operational leaders to support financial performance and operational initiatives
• Lead monthly financial review processes, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Analyze operational and financial KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
• Support month-end close activities and ensure financial accuracy
• Assist with process improvements, reporting enhancements, and financial controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, operations, and executive leadership
• Serve as the primary finance liaison for assigned regions/business units

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting, FP&A, or financial operations experience
• Experience in public accounting (Big 4/Big 8 preferred) and/or public or private equity-backed companies
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• NetSuite experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
