Manufacturing TechnicianJob Summary

Fabuwood is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support specialized production operations and help ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process. This role plays a key part in maintaining production flow, supporting process improvements, and delivering high-quality finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-focused, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative production team.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Execution
  • Perform specialized manufacturing and production tasks according to company standards and operational procedures
  • Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and production schedules to ensure accurate execution
  • Operate production equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Assist with product assembly, fabrication, packaging, or finishing processes as needed
  • Maintain productivity while ensuring attention to detail and workmanship quality
Quality Control
  • Inspect finished products and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues and report concerns to leadership
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout all stages of production
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Process Support
  • Assist in improving manufacturing workflows, operational efficiency, and production processes
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
  • Support team productivity through effective communication and cooperation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow instructions, specifications, and production procedures accurately
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and production standards
  • Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or industrial manufacturing environments
