  • Support product teams by validating hypotheses, interpreting experiment results, and delivering actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Conduct A/B testing analysis and evaluate product experiments to optimize user experience and business outcomes.

  • Investigate anomalies, performance fluctuations, and unexpected changes in product or business metrics to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Anti-Fraud, and operational teams to support data-driven product and business decisions.
  • Build and present analytical summaries, performance reviews, and business recommendations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Contribute to improving reporting processes, data visualization practices, and analytical workflows across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, CRM Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or similar B2C-focused analytical roles.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience analyzing large and complex datasets.
  • Experience using BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of product and business metrics including conversion, retention, churn, engagement, revenue, deposits, and user activity.
  • Hands-on experience with funnel analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, hypothesis validation, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, uncover insights, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across product, marketing, CRM, business, and technical teams.
  • Ability to structure analytical tasks, clarify business requirements, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach with the ability to thrive in fast-paced product environments.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and stakeholder presentation techniques.
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian for internal communication purposes is required.
  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, CRM analytics, VIP segmentation, or traffic quality analysis is considered a strong advantage.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote full-time opportunity with flexible work arrangements across Europe.
  • Opportunity to work within a fast-growing international digital product environment.
  • Exposure to large-scale B2C analytics, experimentation, and product optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborative and data-driven company culture with strong cross-functional teamwork.
  • Children allowance and family-focused support programs.
  • Mental health support and wellness initiatives.
  • Sports activities and fitness-related benefits.
