This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven paid media professional to take full ownership of high-performing client acquisition campaigns in a fast-growing digital marketing environment. In this role, you will manage client relationships end-to-end while developing and optimizing Meta advertising strategies focused on lead generation and appointment booking. You’ll work closely with clients to drive measurable business outcomes, combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution. The position offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting where accountability, creativity, and performance are highly valued. Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers who thrive in client-facing roles, enjoy working autonomously, and are passionate about scaling campaigns through data-driven decision-making. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a direct impact while growing alongside an ambitious and rapidly expanding organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and own a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for strategy, communication, and campaign performance.
  • Lead bi-weekly client meetings to review advertising results, discuss optimization strategies, and align on upcoming initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports ahead of client meetings with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, appointment booking, and conversion performance.
  • Monitor campaign metrics daily and make strategic adjustments to maintain target acquisition costs and campaign efficiency.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies for audiences, creatives, messaging, and bidding approaches.
  • Write compelling ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services and high-ticket audiences.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to ensure high-quality advertising assets and messaging consistency.
  • Set up and manage tracking systems, pixels, conversion events, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to advertising platforms, integrations, lead routing systems, and automation tools.
  • Contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth through strong communication and consistent performance delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media management, with strong expertise in Meta advertising platforms.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving campaign performance goals and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive ad copy, messaging frameworks, and video scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, Meta pixels, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Calendly, Zapier, and CRM integrations.
  • Experience in lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns, preferably within high-ticket or considered-purchase industries.
  • Background in financial services marketing or performance marketing for regulated industries is considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain campaign performance to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Flexible remote work environment within the United States.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
  • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Career growth potential within a rapidly expanding organization.
  • Collaborative and performance-focused company culture.
  • Opportunity to work with high-impact client acquisition campaigns and innovative marketing strategies.
