This role sits at the intersection of program operations, higher education partnerships, and student access initiatives, supporting efforts that connect high-achieving high school students with undergraduate opportunities. You will help manage and optimize relationships with college partners, ensuring smooth participation in programs, events, and outreach initiatives. The position plays a key role in coordinating data-driven processes that influence student placement and partner engagement outcomes. Working closely with internal teams, you will help design clear communications, improve operational workflows, and ensure consistent execution across multiple programs. This is a mission-driven environment focused on educational access, equity, and high-impact collaboration. The role combines program coordination, analytics, and stakeholder management in a highly organized and fast-paced setting.
- Support planning and execution of program operations to maximize the impact of college access initiatives for high school students.
- Coordinate operational support for college partners to ensure effective participation in programs, events, and outreach activities.
- Develop clear and concise communications, guides, and resources for partner institutions.
- Analyze partner engagement and student placement data to identify trends and improve program effectiveness.
- Manage college partner participation in conferences, meetings, and both in-person and virtual events.
- Track engagement and communications using CRM tools (Salesforce) to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Contribute to student selection and evaluation processes for program participation and related initiatives.
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure program success.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in program management, operations, education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of higher education systems, including college admissions and financial aid processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes.
- Comfort working with data and technology to support operational decision-making and process improvement.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Canva, or Slate is a plus.
- High attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective.
- Strong integrity, discretion, and sensitivity when handling confidential or student-related information.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
- Competitive salary ranging from $62,400 to $78,000 depending on experience.
