Warehouse Operator

AirRevive is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching materials. This role ensures accurate inventory control, safe handling of goods, and efficient daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Accurately record received items and complete required documentation.

Inventory & Storage

• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in tracking systems.
• Perform routine cycle counts and support full inventory audits.
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and stock rotation.

Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to job sites.
• Ensure all shipments are properly labeled and include required documentation (packing slips, bill of lading)
• Stage and loading shipments accurately and safely.

Returns & Material Handling

• Receive returned materials, tools, and equipment.
• Inspect and restock items in appropriate locations.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all material movement.

Equipment Operation

• Safely operated warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.

Shipping & Coordination

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating outbound shipments and pickups.
• Track shipments and communication delivery status when required.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free warehouse.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Properly handle and store hazardous materials (if applicable)

Team Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Support overall warehouse operations and assist with general duties as needed.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
• Experience with inventory systems and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials (up to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Experience with inventory tracking systems
• Hazardous materials handling training (if applicable)
