Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing coverage in Anatomic Pathology, to include signing out Surgical Pathology as well as covering Frozen Sections and after-hours call for Anatomic Pathology. The candidate will also teach residents, fellows, medical students, PA's and PA students as well as attend and participate in intra and inter-departmental conferences, and perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must be board certified or board eligible in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic Pathology/Clinical Pathology, eligible for Texas Medical Licensure, and authorized to work in the United States.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Fellowship training or experience in Surgical Pathology or a related subspecialty of Anatomic Pathology.
SALARY:
Commensurate with experience.
