As our Catering & Convention Services Manager, youll play a starring role in driving catering and food and beverage sales, all while ensuring our hotel shines. Youll build relationships with amazing clients and groups, making every event not just a success, but a standout memory. With the support of our Director of Sales or Director of Catering & Convention Services, youll work your magic to hit revenue goals, wow meeting planners, and keep our guestsand your careermoving forward. This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM),overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

- Event Success Superstar: Knock meeting planner goals and food & beverage sales out of the park while keeping guests smiling.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events, plus professional selling skills (opening, probing, supporting, closing) desired.
- Valid drivers license for the applicable state required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, and influence clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively.
