What You'll Do
📅 Coordinate and manage therapist schedules
📞 Answer phones, emails, and assist families with appointments
😊 Welcome children and families to our clinic
💻 Update patient information and process payments
🤝 Work closely with therapists to fill schedules and reduce cancellations
🏡 Help maintain a clean, welcoming, family-friendly environment

What We're Looking For
✔ Friendly and professional personality
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Comfortable using computers and technology
✔ Dependable, resourceful, and team-oriented
✔ Ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Bilingual candidates are a plus!
