Overview
As a Shipping Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our warehouse operations. You will be at the heart of our logistics process, managing shipping activities while collaborating with various teams to meet our customers' needs. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help us maintain high standards in order fulfillment, packaging, and inventory management.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate all shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to manage order fulfillment processes.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load shipments safely.
• Oversee the invoicing, packing, and shipping of products to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with e-commerce teams to fulfill online orders promptly.
• Ensure compliance with packaging standards to protect products during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments.
• This position's schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution environments.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes and techniques.
• Basic math skills for order processing.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred qualifications

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
