  • Workflow Optimization: Design, test, and implement scalable, standardized workflows to support rapid organizational growth and operational efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize organizational design and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Human-Centered Design) to solve complex operational challenges.

Strategy & Chief of Staff

  • Executive Advisory: Act as the CEO’s trusted advisor, managing the strategic agenda, leadership offsites, and board preparations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate alignment across the executive team to remove barriers and accelerate high-priority initiatives.
  • Strategy Execution: Translate overarching company strategy into actionable, step-by-step execution plans.

PMO & Project Governance

  • Enterprise PMO Leadership: Lead an enterprise PMO that governs all major strategic, operational, and design projects.
  • Standardization: Implement standardized project management methodologies, tools, and reporting across the organization.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage resource capacity and prioritize the strategic project portfolio to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Data Leadership: Direct the BI function to design and deliver intuitive dashboards, KPIs, and data models.
  • Strategic Insights: Ensure data serves as the foundation for both daily operations and long-term strategic design.

Medical Economics

  • Trend Analysis: Oversee the Medical Economics team, analyzing utilization trends, payer performance, and value-based care metrics.
  • Intervention Design: Leverage economic insights to design interventions that lower total cost of care while maintaining peak clinical quality.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare strategy, operations, process design, or PMO.
  • Proven track record of treating "design" as a core business function, building scalable processes across a multi-site (preferably multi-state) healthcare organization.
  • Background overseeing data-heavy functions (Business Intelligence, Medical Economics, or Value-Based Care analytics).
  • Direct experience operating as a Chief of Staff or strategic right-hand to a CEO/Founder.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent Master’s strongly preferred.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or PMP certifications are highly desirable.

Skills & Attributes

  • Systems-thinker with a passion for designing elegant, scalable solutions to complex healthcare bottlenecks.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and cross-functional influence.
  • Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
