Airstream Las Vegas is looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating the exceptional experience that Airstream owners and enthusiasts have come to expect. This is a temporary role to cover for an employee on a temporary leave. Employment is expected to continue for the duration of the leave and may conclude upon the employee's return.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and guests with a positive, professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Support the sales, service, and business office teams with administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as needed
• Help create a warm and welcoming environment for customers and employees alike

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
