Pharmacy Assistants are the backbone of any great compounding pharmacy and vitally important to keeping our pharmacy running smoothly. • Must have a Pharmacy Assistant license from the state of WA
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their medication on time and with care. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assist pharmacists and technicians in processing prescriptions.
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with outgoing patient communication
• Accepting patient payments and providing exceptional customer service
• Filing and retrieving various pharmacy records
• Preparing injection kits and printing inserts for prescriptions as needed or as assigned.
• Maintaining and cleaning assigned work areas and equipment as designated by supervisor
• Preparing shipments with USPS, FedEx, and UPS (as assigned)

AM Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
