Property Cleaner in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania at The Barn Cellar, LLC

The Property Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest accommodations and common areas on the property. This role ensures a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests, contributing to their overall experience and satisfaction.

• Common Area Maintenance: Ensure all public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms) are clean, well-maintained, and inviting.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and adhere to health regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure a seamless operation and high standards of cleanliness.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deep Cleaning Tasks: Participate in periodic deep cleaning projects as assigned by management.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is a plus.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and materials.

This position is a part-time position with hours on Saturdays and Sundays to start. Weekend availability is a MUST have.
