This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Agentic AI Sales Executive based in the United States.
This is a senior enterprise sales role focused on driving growth for next-generation AI-powered ERP transformation solutions. You will operate as a strategic hunter, responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities in Agentic AI, ERP modernization, and AI-enabled enterprise services. The role involves engaging C-level executives and challenging legacy ERP thinking to position innovative, AI-driven approaches to enterprise transformation. You will build and expand pipeline across both new enterprise logos and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor on modernization strategies. Working in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment, you will collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and go-to-market teams to shape complex deals. This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven leader passionate about AI, enterprise software, and large-scale digital transformation.
- Drive new business acquisition and consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas across AI-powered ERP, modernization services, and enterprise AI solutions.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, partnering with technical, delivery, legal, and finance teams to structure and close complex deals.
- Build and execute a strong outbound sales strategy targeting CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs, and other senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Develop and expand pipeline opportunities for Agentic AI ERP, ERP transformation initiatives, and AI engineering services.
- Challenge existing ERP strategies by presenting compelling business cases, ROI models, and modernization pathways.
- Expand existing client relationships by introducing AI teams, managed services, and ERP optimization solutions.
- Collaborate with sales engineering and AI teams to design tailored solutions and customer presentations.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy using CRM tools.
- Drive adoption of third-party ERP applications, integrations, and modernization services within enterprise accounts.
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and support the launch of new AI-driven offerings across industries.
- Leverage digital selling tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify and engage prospects effectively.
- Serve as a strategic advisor guiding clients through AI-enabled ERP transformation journeys.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, including complex solution selling in software, services, or consulting environments.
- Proven success selling AI solutions, ERP systems, managed services, or enterprise transformation offerings.
- Strong track record of engaging and influencing C-level executives in large enterprise organizations.
- Experience driving outbound pipeline generation and hunting net-new enterprise accounts.
- Deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, modernization strategies, and enterprise integration challenges.
- Ability to position AI-driven solutions and articulate clear business value and ROI.
- Experience selling into multi-stakeholder, complex sales environments with long sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen with disciplined forecasting and CRM pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, competitive market.
