This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning based in the United States.
This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role at the core of a fast-scaling go-to-market organization. You will own end-to-end revenue forecasting, capacity planning, and the analytical infrastructure that drives critical business decisions across Sales, Finance, and Post-Sales teams. Acting as a player-coach, you will bring structure to a complex and rapidly evolving environment, translating data into clear narratives that guide leadership decisions. The role sits within Revenue Operations and plays a key part in aligning growth planning, headcount strategy, and financial forecasting as the organization scales aggressively. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure forecasting accuracy, operational alignment, and disciplined execution of growth plans. This is a highly visible position where analytical rigor, business judgment, and cross-functional influence directly shape company performance.
- Own the full end-to-end weekly growth forecasting process, including modeling inputs, assumptions, variance analysis, and executive-facing reporting.
- Build and maintain full-funnel revenue models across segments such as SMB, Enterprise, and International, from pipeline generation through activation.
- Lead headcount and capacity planning across GTM functions, supporting organizational scaling and ensuring alignment between hiring plans and revenue needs.
- Partner with Recruiting and Finance to operationalize workforce planning, maintain system accuracy, and ensure consistent planning methodologies.
- Coordinate closely with Finance on weekly and annual planning cycles, ensuring alignment on assumptions, scenarios, and forecasting frameworks.
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics infrastructure (e.g., Salesforce, BI tools such as Looker) to support recurring strategic decisions.
- Provide high-priority ad-hoc analysis for GTM and executive leadership to support fast decision-making in a dynamic environment.
- 7–9 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy & Planning, Finance, Consulting, or similar analytical roles in high-growth environments.
- Proven ownership of revenue forecasting or sales planning processes in a B2B SaaS or scaling technology company.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, data navigation, and dashboard creation.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and executive-ready narratives.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams.
