  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date case files, requests, communications, and follow-up records.
  • Research and add judges and judicial assistants to the case management system as needed.
  • Use legal and collaboration tools such as Clio, Dropbox, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and VoIP software to manage documentation, communication, and workflows.
  • Monitor multiple litigation matters simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, follow-ups, and assigned tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with additional litigation and legal administrative responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
  • Fluent or highly proficient in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous professional experience in a legal environment is required; litigation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting U.S. litigation matters is a significant advantage.
  • Previous experience drafting pleadings, motions, proposed orders, legal correspondence, or other litigation documents is preferred.
  • Experience communicating with opposing counsel, courts, judges, or judicial assistants is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation, case organization, deadlines, and professional correspondence.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple cases and competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to learn established templates, workflows, and U.S. litigation procedures quickly.
  • Proactive, dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Formal paralegal certification or licensing is not required.
  • Comfortable working with Clio, Dropbox, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and VoIP calling software.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST/EDT.
Benefits:
  • Compensation of approximately USD $1,150–$1,220.
  • 100% remote, home-based position.
  • Full-time, long-term career opportunity.
