Sante is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist is a presence for the members to interact with and assists with the daily operations of the Center. You will be responsible for encouraging member participation in groups as well as engaging with members (socialization, gets games started, initiates activities or discussions, etc.). The Program Assistant assists members in peer-to-peer support discussion (in person or on telephone) with personal issues or in groups; assisting with linkages to services and activities and people.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare client/doctors for weekly med clinics by preparing medication Review documentation forms for treating psychiatrist
  • Enters initial prescription(s) for new consumers/patients
  • Scan medication review sheets in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Complete client profile and set up sponsor/insurance file and service authorization files with information received from Clinical or PRP Staff
  • Complete outside request for medical records information from files according to established HIPAA and Corporate policies and procedures
  • Verify client MA eligibility via EVS. Completes daily insurance verifications for existing consumers/patients
  • Collect and deposit client co pays weekly
  • Operate NEC multi-line telephone system and switchboard
  • Retrieves messages from voice mail and transfer calls when appropriate, answers questions about organization and provides callers with the appropriate information
  • Maintains and publishes telephone directory
  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel and issue passes when required
  • Coordinate and schedule/reschedule client med appointments
  • Resolve office problems independently and facilitate solutions, confer with supervisor when necessary
  • Prepares 60 and 90 day consumer activity reports for case management guidance and restructuring
  • Prepares pre-discharge/discharge letters for inactive consumers/patients
  • Order offices supplies and manage petty cash for multiple departments
  • Attends and facilitates weekly clinical staff meetings
  • Collect/Deposit PRP Residential Rental payments
  • Completes weekly doctors acknowledgement sheets for consumers and residential programs
  • Assist with processing therapist privileging forms
  • Performs duties of filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing
  • Participate in and complete all required trainings
  • Check work e-mail according to agency protocol.

What Is Needed:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) OR one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee must have access to a vehicle to use for business purposes, which may include transporting consumers. The employee must possess a valid Driver’s License, proof of current automobile insurance and may not have more than two (2) points on their driving record.
