$19 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery, including loaders, with precision and care to ensure project efficiency and safety.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to uphold operational standards and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute construction tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, fostering a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress, challenges, and equipment needs.
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup, contributing to a well-organized and efficient worksite.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies to enhance your skills and performance on the job.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required:
Pass a drug screen and a background check
Must have Crusher experience
2 years of experience
Physical Requirements:
Vision: Adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, give directions, and engage in other business interactions
Hearing: Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals
Speaking: Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying sizes with or without amplification
Equipment Operation: Able to operate a wide range of tools
Carrying: Able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg
Lifting: able to lift up to 30lbs/14kg
Squatting/Kneeling: able to squat or kneel
Standing: able to stand for extended periods of time, delivering information
Walking: Able to walk through the shop and other outside elements
