• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.

• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in a client's condition to the office.

• At least 2 years of paid, professional caregiving experience through an agency.

• Availability to work 12-hour shifts.

• A compassionate, patient, reliable, and responsible attitude.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance for applicable cases.

• Ability to meet our onboarding and TB testing requirements.

• Competitive pay of $15–$20 per hour, with the final rate determined at orientation.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities, depending on availability.

• Flexible scheduling with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

• Biweekly pay.

• Mileage reimbursement for eligible assignments.
