Job Description
About Us:
Jason E Levesque Construction is an established construction firm delivering residential and commercial projects with a reputation for quality, reliability, and precision. As our operations grow, we're investing in our technology backbone — and we need a sharp IT Project Manager to lead that charge.
Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Remote IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver technology initiatives across our construction operations. You'll oversee projects ranging from software rollouts and system integrations to infrastructure upgrades and field-tech deployments. This is a fully remote, full-time role for a proactive PM who can coordinate across construction crews, office staff, and third-party vendors — and who understands that downtime on a job site costs real money.
Location: Fully Remote (must reside in and be authorized to work in the USA)
Salary Range: $85,000 – $115,000 per year, based on experience
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time
Application Deadline: Rolling — priority to applications received by November 30, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects — scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk
Manage rollout of construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
Coordinate system integrations between accounting, estimating, field, and project management platforms
Oversee infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and network/connectivity for field teams
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables
Translate business needs from construction leadership into technical requirements
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Track progress and report status, KPIs, and risks to executive stakeholders
Ensure data security, compliance, and backup protocols across systems
Manage change management and end-user training for new tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification preferred
Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), SaaS integrations, and network basics
Experience in construction, engineering, or field-services IT is a strong plus
Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office
Schedule & Remote Setup:
Core hours 9 AM – 5 PM EST with flexibility for project milestones
Company laptop, software licenses, and $60/month internet stipend provided
What We Offer:
Competitive salary
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with company match
Paid time off and paid holidays
Professional development and certification reimbursement
Fully remote work environment
Direct access to leadership — your work will shape how we operate
