**POSITION OVERVIEW**Job Title: Customer Relationship Coordinator Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Orange County, CA (On-site ) Salary Range: $25.00 per hour - 30.00 per hour **POSITION SUMMARY**The Customer Relationship Coordinator supports the Sales Team by serving as a key point of contact for clients, managing communications, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle. This role helps build client loyalty, retain accounts, and support overall revenue growth.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Customer Support & Relationship Management* Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, handling inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.* Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and proactively following up.* Manage and update client records in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.* Conduct regular check-in calls and follow-ups to gauge client satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.* Sales Team Support* Assist Sales Team members with proposal preparation, presentations, and contract documentation.* Coordinate and schedule client meetings, product demos, and follow-up communications on behalf of the Sales Team.* Track sales pipeline activities and ensure timely follow-through on all client-related tasks.* Support Account Executives in onboarding new clients smoothly and efficiently.* Communication & Coordination* Act as the internal liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve client issues.* Draft professional email correspondence, proposals, and client-facing communications.* Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow through until resolution.**REPORTING & ANALYTICS*** Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports on customer satisfaction, account status, and sales activity.* Track key performance indicators such as customer retention rates, response times, and Net Promoter Scores.* Identify trends and provide actionable insights to the Sales Manager.**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**Education* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.* Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.* Experience* 2 or more years of experience in customer service, sales support, client relations, or account coordination.* Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts at the same time.* Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho required.Skills* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.* Customer-first mindset with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
