Job Description
The Manager of Volunteer Services is responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the Volunteer Services Department. This includes managing all aspects of the department’s key functions, such as the Gift Shops, Lobby Information Desk, and all assigned waiting areas/desk. The position also involves supervising the daily activities of the Auxiliary Board of Directors and ensuring the department’s initiatives align with the hospital’s goals for patient care, community service, and organizational efficiency.
