Job Description

Vice President, Growth & Business Development

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Vice President, Growth & Business Development in United States.

This executive-level role is designed for a high-performing business development leader who excels at originating and scaling enterprise revenue opportunities within complex B2B environments. You will be responsible for driving net-new growth by building relationships with senior decision-makers and shaping large, strategic engagements from initial outreach through close. The position requires a consultative, data-driven approach to selling, combining strong market intuition with structured pipeline development. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and go-to-market transformation, aligning client challenges with integrated solutions. This is a highly autonomous role where success is defined by your ability to generate your own pipeline and consistently close high-value enterprise deals. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and built for individuals who thrive on ownership, accountability, and measurable impact.

Accountabilities
  • Prospect and originate net-new enterprise opportunities through structured outreach, relationship building, and strategic account targeting.
  • Build, manage, and grow a self-sourced pipeline, taking full ownership of lead generation, qualification, and opportunity development.
  • Drive complex enterprise deals from initial engagement through negotiation and close, managing objections and coordinating internal stakeholders.
  • Align client business challenges with integrated go-to-market solutions spanning strategy, analytics, and activation capabilities.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent progression across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance prospecting, opportunity qualification, deal shaping, and commercial insight generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape tailored solutions that address enterprise growth and transformation priorities.
Requirements
  • 7–10+ years of experience in marketing consulting, analytics, agency, or B2B/B2B2C enterprise sales environments.
  • Proven track record of independently building a book of business and generating self-sourced pipeline within enterprise accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling expertise in go-to-market strategy, marketing transformation, analytics, or sales effectiveness services.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value engagements, typically $1M+ in deal size.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes and senior executive relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in using AI tools for prospecting, forecasting, lead prioritization, and deal intelligence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong discipline in pipeline management and execution.
Benefits
  • Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $200,000 to $275,000, based on experience and performance.
  • Fully remote role with alignment to EST working hours.
  • Flexible PTO, summer Fridays, and extended holiday closure between Christmas and New Year’s.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) with employer contribution, plus life, disability, and AD&D insurance.
  • Annual professional development budget and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Wellness support, including mindfulness resources and employee assistance programs.
  • Technology and work stipends, including equipment and connectivity support.
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture focused on autonomy, growth, and impact.
