Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solutions Engineer Lead in the United States.
This role sits at the core of a high-growth, mission-driven environment where technical operations, product, and customer success intersect. You will lead the migrations function that powers how new clients are onboarded and activated, directly influencing speed-to-value and overall customer experience. Acting as both a hands-on technical leader and team manager, you will oversee complex data migrations across a wide range of EMR systems while shaping the processes that enable scalable growth. The position requires a strong blend of technical fluency, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership to align engineering, product, and operations. You will also play a key role in turning real-world migration challenges into product improvements and scalable system enhancements. This is a builder’s role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex operational problems, and wants to leave a lasting impact on how a critical function operates.
- Lead the end-to-end migrations function, serving as the primary point of contact for high-complexity client migrations across multiple EMR systems while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and operational success.
- Design and implement scalable operational systems, including standardized workflows, data mapping frameworks, QA processes, and edge-case documentation to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Own key performance metrics such as migration speed, accuracy, throughput, capacity planning, and customer satisfaction, ensuring visibility and accountability across the team.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing structured coaching, feedback, and growth pathways to increase autonomy and long-term capability.
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams to translate migration insights and failure patterns into actionable product improvements and roadmap priorities.
- Drive continuous process optimization by identifying bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions, and improving the overall reliability of migration operations.
- Proven experience in leading implementation, onboarding, or data migration teams in a SaaS, healthtech, or EMR/EHR environment.
- Strong technical fluency in data operations, including data mapping, validation, ETL concepts, and the ability to interpret and troubleshoot structured data.
- Demonstrated success in building operational systems from scratch in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Experience managing and developing people, including coaching, feedback delivery, and structured career development planning.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence engineering, product, and operational stakeholders without direct authority.
- Highly structured problem-solving approach, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve operational issues through root-cause analysis and clear communication.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in both technical and client-facing contexts.
- Competitive compensation package with equity opportunities
- Remote-first work environment within the United States
- High-impact leadership role with direct ownership of a critical customer-facing function
- Opportunity to build and scale a foundational operational system from the ground up
- Strong cross-functional exposure across engineering, product, operations, and customer success
- High-growth, fast-paced environment with meaningful ownership and autonomy
- Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on continuous learning and improvement
