Job Description
Requires an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and acceptance into a graduate studies program at Franklin Pierce University (acceptance must be confirmed before the candidate is considered).
Franklin Pierce University, a proud member of NCAA Division II and the Northeast-10 Conference, is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual for the position of Graduate Assistant Coach for Men's and Women's Tennis. The appointment will begin in June 2026.
The Graduate Assistant position is a two-year position, includes tuition remission and a stipend of $666.67 per month worked. Expectation to work 20 hours per week. Acceptance of the position is contingent upon successful admission into the University’s Graduate School.

- the design and implementation of training programs for assigned teams
- assisting the head strength and conditioning coach with duties such as data collection
- set up and break down of equipment for training sessions
- routine maintenance of the equipment and facility.
- Applicants will be required to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Acceptance into a Franklin Pierce University graduate program (required prior to start)
- be certified through the CSCCa or NSCA
- must be CPR/AED certified.
- Strong communication, leadership, detailed-oriented, and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Valid driver's license
- Previous strength and conditioning experience are preferred
