Job Description
(1) Full-Time
Closing: 10/12/2026 by 4PM
Summary:
Assists with the upkeep of the entire casino property and/or some equipment; assists with the department operations in a guest service friendly, efficient and profitable manner that promotes superior team member, guest and vendor relations.
Essential Functions:
• Performs building maintenance duties; keeps the buildings and property clean; provides safe conditions.
• Provides proper care and repair of maintenance equipment.
• Provides departments with various supplies, as required on daily work list.
• Performs landscaping duties and other assigned outdoor tasks.
• Assists with a variety of building projects.
• Assists with moving and assembling office furniture/equipment.
• Keeps work area neat, clean and safe.
• May be required to perform biohazard and HAZMAT cleanups.
• Responsible for ensuring end work product is high quality and appealing while following all applicable policies, laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Performs work duties in a professional manner while interacting with all team members and guests.
• Provides a high standard of professionalism and guest service.
• Must maintain confidentiality.
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Minimum Qualifications):
• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand and speak the English language.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must have knowledge of various hand and power tools and be able to operate those tools.
• Ability to operate carpentry and cleaning equipment and tools.
• Knowledge in using cleaning solutions and repairing equipment required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple information ports by comparing and contrasting data to draw a conclusion or to identify trends.
• Ability to communicate professionally in written, verbal, and non-verbal format while portraying a friendly tone, word choice, and body language.
• Ability to work various shifts including evenings, holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid non-gaming permit.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
• Manual and finger dexterity as required to perform daily job duties.
• Ability to frequently walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to frequently bend, squat and/or reach.
• Ability to frequently climb and crawl.
• Ability to occasionally work in small and confined spaces.
• Ability to frequently work in high and/or elevated spaces.
• Sufficient visual acuity to write, recognize printed materials, computer screen, and notice non-verbal behavior.
• Speech and hearing ability to project voice to small and large audiences, carry on radio/telephone conversations, hear and grasp verbal communications and equipment prompts.
• Ability to drive in adverse weather conditions.
• Frequently works near or around electricity.
• Frequently works near or around mechanical moving parts.
• Frequently exposed to vibration.
• Occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Frequently exposed to a high level of noise in the work environment.
• Frequently exposed to tobacco smoke.
• Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
• Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions, including variations in temperature and precipitation.
