About RPI PrintRPI Print is the AI-enabled technology platform behind the world's leading creative brands, giving businesses of all sizes a single partner for printing, eCommerce fulfillment, and logistics—so they can focus on building their business instead of how their products get made, sold, and shipped. Through its API connection to a platform integrating seamless workflow technology, manufacturing, and global fulfillment, RPI Print delivers consistent, premium quality at any scale while its print-on-demand model reduces waste. RPI Print is also the platform behind Blurb (www.blurb.com), the premier bookmaking and self-publishing destination for creative professionals, businesses, and everyday storytellers alike. The roleWe're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to grow the number of platform integrations via RPI's print API. You'll own new business with photo book and memory apps, AI-generated children's book makers, creator and e-commerce platforms that sell printed products, and growing businesses that build on our API.
This is a highly outbound, full-cycle role for someone who loves the hunt. Our customers integrate RPI into their own products, so deals involve product, engineering, operations, and finance leaders. Revenue grows after launch as order volume ramps. You'll work alongside a Solutions Engineer for technical discovery and scoping, and hand new customers to Account Management at signature.
What you'll doBuild your pipeline
- Build and work a target list of platforms and apps that sell or could sell printed products.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, email, phone, and events, reaching product, engineering, operations, and executive leaders.
- Work qualified inbound from RPI and Blurb, including self-serve API customers who need custom products, invoicing, packaging, or shipping.
- Qualify opportunities on revenue potential, integration readiness, and share of volume outside peak seasons.
Run the sale
- Lead discovery on each prospect's current fulfillment model, order volumes, seasonality, and product needs.
- Hold a credible first conversation about integration: how orders flow into RPI, how status updates return, product and SKU mapping, and shipping and SLA needs.
- Bring in the Solutions Engineer for deep technical scoping at the right point in the deal.
- Build proposals and pricing with internal teams, then negotiate and close.
- Forecast usage-based revenue realistically: launch date, volume ramp, and first-year revenue.
- Stay involved through launch after handing the customer to Account Management.
Manage your business
- Keep Salesforce accurate, including stages, close reasons, realistic first-year revenue, and next steps.
- Share market and customer feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product to sharpen targeting and positioning.
- 5 to 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years closing new logos in full-cycle enterprise or upper mid-market roles.
- A record of selling API-driven, platform, SaaS, or other integrated technology, where customers build the product into their own systems.
- An understanding of AI-driven/agentic workflows and how API’s facilitate those workflows.
- Comfort talking with product managers, engineering leads, and operations leaders about APIs, webhooks, order flow, and fulfillment requirements. You don't need to write code, but you need to be credible in the conversation.
- Understanding of how e-commerce businesses move an order from checkout through production to delivery, and the economics behind it.
- Experience with usage-based or consumption revenue, where revenue depends on volume after launch.
- Experience running multi-stakeholder deals that include an integration phase.
- A true hunter mentality: you can start with a company name and create an opportunity where none existed.
- Strong outbound skills across LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Disciplined use of Salesforce or another CRM.
- Experience in print on demand, fulfillment, logistics, personalized products, e-commerce platforms, or the creator economy.
- Experience selling to consumer apps or online marketplaces.
- Experience with AI agent integrations and/or agentic workflows.
- Experience with businesses that have strong seasonal peaks.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Qualified pipeline created, with a meaningful share from your own outbound.
- New logos signed and first-year realized revenue.
- Time from signature to first live orders.
- Share of new volume outside the December and May peaks.
- Accuracy of your Salesforce pipeline and forecast.
You'll join RPI at an exciting point in the evolution of our commercial organization. We combine decades of manufacturing and fulfillment expertise with technology that lets publishers, merchants, and platforms connect directly to our print and fulfillment network.
For the right salesperson, that's much more interesting than selling print. You'll help companies rethink how products move from an online purchase through production and into their customers' hands.
