What You'll Do

As our Staff Accountant, you'll play a critical role in supporting day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate financial data across the organization.

Accounts Receivable & Order Management

• Process customer orders, quotes, invoices, and billings
• Apply and reconcile customer payments
• Monitor aging reports and assist with collections
• Resolve payment discrepancies and customer account issues

Accounts Payable & Purchasing

• Process vendor invoices and purchase orders
• Verify coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Coordinate with receiving and purchasing teams to resolve discrepancies

Cost & Manufacturing Accounting

• Assist with inventory transactions and reconciliations
• Support job costing and work order tracking
• Help prepare journal entries, accruals, and month-end reconciliations
• Maintain organized records and internal controls

NetSuite Implementation Support

• Assist with data validation, migration, and testing
• Support parallel system comparisons
• Help document processes and train users on new workflows

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and month-end close activities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to commit to a minimum six-month engagement with interest in a long-term opportunity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite ERP
• Manufacturing accounting experience
• Knowledge of inventory valuation, work-in-process (WIP), standard costing, or job costing
• ERP implementation or conversion experience

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $22-$27 per hour
Location: On-site in Anderson, Indiana
