Available Shift: | Day Shift | 4:00 AM – 4:15 PM | 2-2-3 schedule

Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be an essential part of keeping our manufacturing operation running at its best. Your work directly impacts production by ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
In this role, you'll troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs, complete preventive maintenance, and support ongoing improvements throughout the facility. You'll work on a wide variety of industrial systems including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment, while helping maintain the reliability our operation depends on.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, finding practical solutions, and taking pride in seeing equipment return to peak performance.
A Typical Day Might Include:
Every day brings something different. You may begin your shift by reviewing maintenance priorities, inspecting equipment, or preparing for scheduled preventive maintenance.
As production gets underway, you'll respond to equipment issues, troubleshoot system failures, complete repairs, and work alongside production teams to minimize downtime. Throughout the day, you'll identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain a safe and productive work environment.

- $3.00/hour Night Shift Premium

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems
- Complete preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related issues
- Assist with PLC and computer-based troubleshooting as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical drawings
- Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA standards, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, PPE, and Arc Flash requirements
- Maintain facility utilities and critical building systems
- Accurately record maintenance work using the CMMS system
- Partner with production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Recommend improvements that increase equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency

Requirements:Required:
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.
Preferred:
- 2 – 3 years of qualified maintenance experience
- Education – 2-year degree from a technical or trade school
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
