Job Title: Conformal Coating- UV/Touch Up Inspector

Job Summary:
The Conformal Coating- UV/Touch Up Inspector supports the PCB assembly manufacturing process by preparing, masking, and reworking assemblies prior to and after conformal coating. This role is responsible for ensuring designated areas are properly protected and for performing precision UV touch-ups to correct coverage as needed, helping maintain product quality, reliability, and compliance with customer and manufacturing requirements.
Responsibilities:
Review work instructions, drawings, and masking requirements before starting work.
Apply masking materials to designated areas of PCB assemblies according to documented procedures.
Verify masking accuracy and inspect assemblies for proper coverage and workmanship.
Remove masking materials after coating and inspect assemblies for cleanliness and quality.
Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Transport PCB assemblies and materials between production workstations as needed.
Perform UV touch-up tasks using magnified UV lighting to ensure accurate coverage, visibility of defects, and compliance with coating quality standards.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of electronics assembly processes is preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate masking.
Commitment to quality, consistently meeting coating standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
Clear communication skills, supporting coordination with production, engineering, and quality teams.
Team-oriented mindset, working collaboratively to meet production goals and maintain efficient workflow.
