HGV Class 2 Driver
Location: Unit 2 Station Bridge, Broadway, Yaxley, Peterborough, PE7 3EL
Basic salary: £33,774.26 - £13.53ph (based on 48 hours)
Guaranteed Minimum Pay: Paid for a minimum of 48 hours per week, even when operational requirements result in fewer hours being worked, subject to attendance and company policies.
Overtime: Paid at time & ½ after 48 hours per week. - Regular overtime opportunities available, with the potential to earn up to £2,000 per year in additional overtime pay, subject to operational requirements and individual availability
The Role
Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 driver? Can you manage large deliveries safely? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We’re looking for an HGV Class 2 Driver for our Peterborough depot, Monday–Friday, 48 hours per week, with paid overtime. You’ll handle multi-drop and full load deliveries and keep our customers happy.

What You’ll Do
Perform daily vehicle checks and inspect loads.
Drive safely, following UK laws and company rules.
Confirm deliveries with signatures.
Comply with drivers’ hours and tachograph regulations.
Keep your cab clean and help with yard duties.
Deliver excellent customer service.

The Person
Valid UK HGV Class 2 License, CPC, and Digital-tachograph card.
ADR licence (preferred)
Comfortable undertaking manual handling activities as part of day-to-day duties.
Flexible, reliable, and safety-conscious.
