Production Team Member (NB1) in Missouri City, Texas at NatureBest Pre-Cut and Produce, LLC

What You’ll Do:

-Handle, wash, cut, trim, and package fresh fruits and vegetables
-Work on production lines to meet daily output and quality goals
-Use knives and cutting tools safely and efficiently
-Follow all GMP, food safety, and QA guidelines
-Wear required PPE such as gloves, aprons, and cut‑resistant equipment
-Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
-Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly

Work Environment:

-Cold, refrigerated production floor (34–38°F)
-Wet conditions with consistent contact with water and fresh produce
-Fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

-Ability to work in cold and wet conditions
-Ability to work overtime
-Comfortable standing for long periods (8–10 hours)
-Ability to lift 40–50 lbs frequently
-Comfortable using knives and handheld cutting tools
-Team player with reliable attendance
-Willingness to follow strict food safety and PPE guidelines
-Previous production or food processing experience a plus, but not required — we provide training!

Physical Requirements:

-Standing, walking, bending, and repeated movements throughout the shift
-Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40–50 lbs
-Frequent use of hands for trimming, sorting, cutting, and packaging
-Ability to wear PPE such as hairnets, aprons, waterproof boots, gloves, and cut‑resistant sleeves
