Job Description

Fixed-term contract, September 26 to March 27.

Location: London or Park City.

About Carv

Carv is the world's first digital ski coach. A motion sensor clips to your ski boot, real-time audio coaching plays in your ear, and behind it all sits data from hundreds of millions of turns. Our content reaches millions of skiers a year, and our social channels are how a huge chunk of them find us. We need someone to help run them.

About the role

We're hiring a Social Media & Creator Assistant for the season. You'll work closely with our Junior Creative Producer and our Social & Creator Manager, learning the craft from people doing it at scale.

You'll be the engine room of Carv social. You'll help schedule and publish across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook, write copy, brief editors, and keep the comments alive. When we're on a trip or at an event, you're the one grabbing the behind-the-scenes content nobody else thinks to capture.

The other half of the job is creators. You'll help find the right influencers, build real relationships with them, support approvals, and help keep contracts and invoices in order. You'll get stuck into the events and logistics that bring them together. It's a role for someone who loves the social side of skiing as much as the skiing itself.

This is a genuine way into ski media. You don't need years of experience, just a sharp social instinct, creative eye, and a packed bag by the door. You'll travel to resorts and events, you'll be on snow, and you'll build a network across the influencers and athletes who shape the sport. The more you take on, the bigger the role gets.

This role is seasonal, ideally running from mid-September '26 - end of March '27, and we'll begin reviewing applications from 20th July.

What you'll do

  • Schedule and publish across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook
  • Write copy for social posts
  • Brief the video editors and edit where it's needed
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content on trips and at events
  • Monitor and reply to comments across every platform
  • Organise and label social assets in our internal systems
  • Support weekly reporting on social and influencer performance
  • Help research and identify the right creators for Carv
  • Build and hold strong relationships with our creators
  • Manage our seeding program comms
  • Help with influencer event planning and logistics
  • Support content approvals, contracts and invoices for influencers

What we're looking for

  • You live and breathe skiing, and you're an advanced skier yourself. This role makes content in the mountains, so you need to know the culture and the basics of technique
  • You're outgoing and love connecting with people. You thrive in social settings and have a knack for building relationships
  • You're genuinely plugged into social. You know what makes something perform, and you have a knack for shooting content with an iPhone
  • You don't think twice about packing a bag. You're happy travelling to resorts and events at short notice
  • You're a natural problem-solver. When a plan falls apart, and in influencer marketing it often does, you stay calm and find a way through
  • You treat AI as a superpower. You're curious about using it to work smarter across research, ideation, reporting and outreach
  • You're organised with an eye for detail. You'll help manage creator contracts and invoices, so keeping track of moving parts matters
  • Bonus: graphic design in Figma, or video editing in Premiere Pro
  • Full Clean Driving License

Additional perks

  • Your own Carv, plus time on snow throughout the season
  • A network of influencers and athletes across the ski industry
  • Opportunity to attend creator events and shoots across the world
  • Lift passes when you're on the mountain
  • Subsidised accommodation in the company flat in Innsbruck
  • Carvfest: every March we fly the whole team to Innsbruck for spring skiing, après and awards
Applications

Fill out the form below to apply. We'll begin reviewing applications from 20th July.

Send us three things:

  1. Your CV
  2. A cover letter: tell us about your skiing, the best social content you've made, and any experience working with talent (creators, ambassadors etc.) or managing a community etc.
  3. A link to your work or socials

One season. Millions of skiers. Your way into ski social.
