Intervention Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Intervention Coordinator to join our team. This vital role involves developing, implementing, and managing intervention programs aimed at supporting individuals in need. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact and possess strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
This position is responsible for the daily supervision, coordination, and implementation of PHinc. educational programs. Duties include supporting all aspects of classroom interactions, behavioral interventions, general program milieu, and interacting with our 3rd party stakeholders. The candidate must have the organizational & leadership capacity to ensure operations are actualized as intended. The IC reports directly to the Education Program Coordinator.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred. Three years of experience in a school-based position is preferred.
- Proven experience in program coordination, case management, or related roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of community resources and referral processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to client well-being

Requirements:The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen/physical. A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License is required. DHS and PDE FBI Fingerprints, PA Childline and PA Criminal clearances are required.
