Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships with individuals and companies in the community in order to sell the company’s products and services and reach internal sales goals. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies. This position’s primary location is in the office.
Duties:
• Greet every customer with a friendly smile.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide solutions accordingly.
• Meeting and exceeding defined goals and objectives.
• Create work orders according to Best One of Glasgow procedures
• Clean shop, showroom, restrooms and waiting room as requested.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:Inside Sales Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Knowledge of various relationship sales techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment.
• Demonstrated capacity to think “outside the box,” communicate and motivate customers on the company’s products, programs, and new ideas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment
• Team-Player: Works well as a member of a group
• Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
• Lifting: Frequent lifting over 50 pounds from ground to chest high.
• Occasional squatting, bending, and twisting.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Read ticket and perform work listed; write confirmation and recommendation
• Vision (Near, distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth Perception) • Sense of sound (Ringing telephones, alarms, horns and motorized equipment)
• PPE: Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Safety Glasses, gloves, footwear)
