Worship Associate in Spring, Texas at Woodsedge Community Church

The Worship Associate supports the worship ministry by helping create an engaging, Christ-centered worship experience. This role works alongside worship leaders, musicians, and production teams to facilitate worship services through musical, spiritual, and practical support. The Worship Associate serves with humility, professionalism, and a heart for leading others into meaningful worship.

· Participate in weekly worship services, rehearsals, and sound checks, as needed.

· Support the Worship Pastor/Leader in planning and executing worship elements.

· Lead worship songs, Scripture readings, prayers, or transitions as assigned.

· Assist with coordinating musicians, vocalists, and worship team volunteers.

· Help maintain a spiritually encouraging and team-oriented environment.

· Arrive prepared, familiar with scheduled music and service flow.

· Support the technical and production teams to ensure smooth service execution.

· Demonstrate consistent spiritual maturity, reliability, and alignment with the church's mission and values.

· Assist with setup and teardown of worship-related equipment as needed.

· Be available to serve during designated Sunday morning services or Wednesday night prayer gatherings.

· Growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

· Musical ability and experience in worship ministry preferred.

· Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Dependable, flexible, and willing to serve in various ministry capacities.

· Commitment to the vision, values, and beliefs of the church.
