We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Breakfast Server to join our Food & Beverage team at the EVEN Hotel Lakewood Ranch Sarasota. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming breakfast environment.

Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve breakfast entrées, coffee, and beverages efficiently.
Set up and prepare the restaurant for breakfast service.
Maintain clean, properly set tables throughout the shift.
Check on guests regularly and provide refills and additional items as needed.
Process cash, credit card, and hotel room-charge transactions accurately.
Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
Stock coffee, beverages, silverware, glassware, condiments, and server stations.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service areas.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other Food & Beverage staff.
Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards.
Assist with opening, closing, and additional Food & Beverage duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant, hotel, or customer-service experience preferred.
Excellent guest-service and communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and dependable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced breakfast environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift approximately 25–30 lbs.
Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
