Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve an extensive selection of wines and various cocktails adhering to the high quality standards of the Quill BarMust have a great depth of knowledge of drink recipes, be able to mix drinks accurately, quickly, and without wasteMaintain required bar supplies and ensure the bar and lounge area remains clean and inviting for customersOther duties include taking orders, serving food and beverage items while demonstrating exceptional knowledge of all product selections offered

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender preferably in an upscale environmentGood knowledge of wines with experience in Mixology and preparation of classic cocktailsPolished, professional appearance and welcoming, approachable demeanorAlcohol Awareness CertificationThis position requires scheduling flexibility to include working nights, weekends, and/or holidays
