This role is responsible for developing and executing organic search strategies that align SEO and content activity with measurable client business goals. You will manage a portfolio of accounts while independently driving strategy, execution, reporting, and client communication. The position combines technical SEO, content strategy, data analysis, and client-facing consulting to improve organic visibility and performance. You will monitor search trends, algorithm changes, rankings, traffic, revenue, and lead generation to identify opportunities and adjust strategies. Collaboration across marketing channels is encouraged to create cohesive, full-funnel growth strategies. The role offers a technology-enabled environment where AI and data are used to improve efficiency, insights, and client outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute SEO and content strategies aligned with client KPIs, business objectives, and organic search goals.
  • Manage SEO and content workflows, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, accurately, and in accordance with established processes.
  • Independently manage client accounts with minimal senior-level support, taking ownership of strategy, execution, communication, and ongoing performance.
  • Proactively monitor algorithm updates, ranking changes, traffic, revenue, lead generation, and other organic search indicators, communicating relevant developments to internal and client teams.
  • Plan and communicate recommended SEO and content strategies, clearly explaining priorities, expected impact, and next steps.
  • Report on organic search performance through monthly and quarterly reporting, connecting completed work to measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve organic visibility, traffic, conversions, and overall channel performance.
  • Develop organic search strategy roadmaps in collaboration with internal teams and ensure execution remains aligned with client objectives.
  • Deliver a high volume of SEO and content work with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Stay current with search industry trends, algorithm developments, and SEO best practices, translating relevant changes into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate with other marketing channels to develop integrated strategies and identify opportunities for cross-channel impact.
  • Leverage AI technologies and marketing technology platforms to improve research, analysis, workflows, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in an SEO-focused role, including client-facing experience.
  • Previous experience working with e-commerce clients.
  • Familiarity with SEO and data analysis tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Screaming Frog.
  • Foundational knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO, along with the ability to connect SEO content strategies to broader business goals.
  • Strong understanding of organic search performance analysis, including rankings, traffic, revenue, lead generation, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deliverables, and strategic priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, collaborative approach to both internal challenges and client-facing situations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate SEO insights and recommendations into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Ability to recognize when an SEO strategy needs to change and confidently recommend pivots or revised goals based on performance data.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with strategists, content specialists, and other marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a willingness to incorporate emerging technologies into SEO workflows.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of approximately 8–12 client accounts while maintaining strong strategic relationships and service quality.
Benefits
  • Base salary plus commission opportunities.
  • Robust medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, with up to 100% employer contribution toward the employee monthly premium.
  • 401(k) plan with a 4% employer contribution match.
  • Unlimited time off available from day one.
  • Up to 4 hours of paid Volunteer Time Off per quarter for philanthropic activities.
  • Fully flexible work environment with full-remote, in-office, or hybrid options for those legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • One-time $100 USD work-from-home stipend added to the first paycheck.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • 12 observed U.S. national holidays plus 2 mental health recharge days per year.
  • Opportunities for career advancement and leadership development within a growing organization.
  • Ongoing personal and professional development programs.
  • Quarterly recognition programs with awards and prize opportunities.
